My baby is all grown up into an awkward adolescent...At 22 years old, she is a bit delayed I realize, but consider it's mama! I speak of the story that I began writing so long ago as an awkward teenager myself. She has left the nest and is out in the cruel world for (select) people to review, judge, improve, speak into, etc. But it feels good. There are many changes that will be made I know. But for now, she is who she is...And it's a part of me that I have protected and grown. So, here she is...Introducing...

In this scene, antagonist Patrick first realizes he might lose the toxic hold he has on Charlene to the much more gentle and compassionate Tony.

But Tony has a past he is trying to forget...
